چکیده
The inventory policy problem is a in the system related to how ensure that each usage demand can be met at minimal cost. In healthcare industry, it imperative procurement and use of stock not only cost-effective, but also required always available. Discrepancies between total lead damage BMHP as items have expiry dates, well excess costs. costs exceeding budget occurs because overstock 83% need, caused by an excessive number drug orders purchased. purpose this study reduce cost considering costs, inspection cost, shortage order holding using EOQ method. first stage calculate optimal quantity value, then find expected expirations. These results will used five types medical materials. for if expired materials above 20, value equal zero. calculation found was Rp. 162,904,965, less than actual 185,843,346.00 with difference 12%.

Model Driven Development of Inventory Tracking System*
An Inventory Tracking System (ITS) is a control and monitoring system that tracks the flow of goods and manages assets of warehouses. ITS is commonly used in warehouse management systems. The primary goal of an ITS is to provide convenient and reliable mechanisms to manage the movement and flow of inventory in a timely manner. An ITS should enable operators to configure warehouse storage organi...
متن کاملDynamic Inventory Planning with Unknown Costs and Stochastic Demand
Generally ordering policies are done by two methods, including fix order quantity (FOQ) and fix order period (FOP). These methods are static and either the quantity of ordering or the procedure of ordering is fixing in throughout time horizon. In real environments, demand is varying in any period and may be considered as uncertainty. When demand is variable in any period, the traditional and st...
متن کاملLimit Distribution of Inventory Level of Perishable Inventory Model
This paper studies a perishable inventory model, which assumes that each perishable item has finite lifetime, and only one item is consumed each time. The lifetimes of perishable items are independent random variables with the general distribution and so are the consumption internal. Under this assumption, by using backward equations and limit distribution of Markov skeleton processes, this pap...
متن کاملBayesian Design of Inventory Systems to Minimize Expected Operating Costs
Inventory management requires optimal determination of (a) “when to order”, and (b) “how much to order”. One also needs here two answers—what should be stocked initially, and should one adjust (a) and (b) as time progresses? This paper uses the Bayesian approach to answer these. It uses the classical (s, Q) model and a heuristic search in the unstructured decision space. It finds that one can m...
